Walt Disney Studios released Bambi for the first time on Blu-ray and it is spectacular. The colors are vibrant, the story seems to be livelier and yet the lovable characters are still the same, adorable. The DVD and blu-ray discs have some exceptional bonus features and both are available in the Diamond Edition combo pack.
A sweet family film about innocence, puppy love and a whole lot of getting even has come to theatres just making it in before summer’s end. The movie is called Flipped and like the title ‘I’ve flipped over it.†The movie has a heartwarming storyline, great soundtrack and stellar acting in every sense of the word. Flipped is a family film that everyone can enjoy and it’s my light and lively feel good film of the summer.
Here’s an inspirational film that has good sportsmanship at the center of its storyline. It’s called The Perfect Game and I believe the ideal film for the whole family. The movie features some very good acting, directing and a nostalgic look at an historic baseball event. If you have youngsters in your family or just want to see an uplifting film, then The Perfect Game is perfect for you.

Highflying fun for the whole family, How to Train Your Dragon is an adventure comedy with a lot of heart. The animation is slick, direction pinpoint and voice acting on target. If you are looking for a great fun evening with the kids or for the kid in you, then this flick should do the trick.
I am a family film lover at heart and when they are produced well like Tooth Fairy, I recommend them highly. The movie has a wonderful message for children who endeavor to realize their dreams and use their imagination. And although it gets a little silly this film has a lot of good laughs, especially seeing The Rock in a Tutu.
This child’s book transfers nicely to the screen with embellishments that make it fun to watch. Filled with lessons to be learned and reaffirmed this film is great for the whole family. Even with a caution that it may be a little scary for the young tots, Where The Wild Things Are is still worth the watch with parents.
I liked G-Force, it’s a very good family film filled with comedy and adventure that kids and most parents will like. It’s a rollercoaster ride in 3D as the film pops out at a frequency that keeps youngsters grabbing at the air and pushing themselves to the back of their seats.
