Inspired by a true story, Get Low transports the audience to the late 1930’s for a very unusual event. Top notch acting, directing and smart cinematography makes the film an exceptional piece for those that like their drama with some dark comedy. Get Low stands a chance for award nominations in all aspects, especially the acting of Robert Duvall and Bill Murray.
A sweet family film about innocence, puppy love and a whole lot of getting even has come to theatres just making it in before summer’s end. The movie is called Flipped and like the title ‘I’ve flipped over it.†The movie has a heartwarming storyline, great soundtrack and stellar acting in every sense of the word. Flipped is a family film that everyone can enjoy and it’s my light and lively feel good film of the summer.

Up until now I had thought that the Complete Collection of Friday the 13th held the record for most blood, gore and sick ways to die, that is until I saw Piranha 3D. Some may challenge me on this point, but I know they will lose. If you like your films with a lot of dismemberment, flesh tearing, human entrails dangling, decapitations and more, then this sicko is right up your ally.
