Vicky Pattison’s 7 Day Slim fitness DVD TV ad has been banned by the Advertising Standards Agency for misleading viewers. The reality TV star went from a size 16 to a tiny size 8 and it wasn’t long before a fitness DVD popped up showing us how we could shed a few pounds too (we *cough* bought it).
