While the latest big-budget Captain America film is shooting on the streets of Cleveland, Marvel fans hungry for more of the red, white and true-blue Avenger can sample the truly bad 1990 low-budget film version. “Captain America” starring Matt Salinger recently debuted on Blu-ray.
