DVD review: ‘Crimson Petal and the White’ Gillian Anderson (“Bleak House”) plays the heartless madam of Sugar’s brothel, and Amanda Hale is the sickly, delusional wife of Sugar’s regular patron, played by Chris O’Dowd.
