SIKESTON — Movies in the Park may get rescheduled due to rain, but they are back.
Knox County Public Library’s “Movies on Market Square†is celebrating a decade, and on Sept.
Smith Willoughby is busy preparing for the upcoming Seedling Garden Club Flower Show that will be held at the Vann Community Center on Saturday, April 20 from 3 – 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 21 from 1 – 3 p.m. The flower show, a Pine Tree Festival event, is free and open to the public.
Buffalo Island Veterans’ Park DVDs will be available and can be purchased at Leachville, Manila, and Monette City Halls. Barbara Lloyd, committee member, said the DVDs were created as a keepsake/fundraiser for the Buffalo Island Veterans’ Park dedication ceremony.
