By Brent Lang LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) – That maniacal laugh is back. “Pee-wee’s Playhouse” will debut on Blu-ray thanks to a new deal with Shout Factory. That means that Pee-wee, Cowboy Curtis, Reba the Mail Lady, Captain Carl, Chairry, Pterri and the rest of the Playhouse gang will now be available in high-definition and in one complete box set.
