Shattering, piercing, suspenseful, queasy, bloody, gouging, bone breaking, mind blowing, and yet mesmerizing that’s what Final Destination 5 is all about, especially in 3D. This is one of those select few films that use 3 Dimension well and it will blow your mind. If you have never seen a Final Destination movie or are a big fan of the guts and gore they deliver, then rush to see Final Destination 5, but do not go over a bridge on your way.
You can trick or treat all you want, but you won’t find a give away like this one! The poster is full size like at the movie theatres and is signed by the star SARAH BUTLER. Accompaning her signature is the autograph of the writer of original screenplay Meir Zarchi. As a topper the poster even has director Steven Monroe’s sig.
With Halloween coming on soon I took the opportunity to interview Kane Hodder the star of the fright filled flick Hatchet II on the eve of the film’s release at the AMC Veterans Theatre in Tampa, Florida. He has been in films since 1983 but most horror fans are familiar with Hodder as Jason in Friday the 13th when he did four consecutive releases as the monster. He has also performed stunts in over 70 film titles.
Well they remade another horror flick and this time it’s A Nightmare on Elm Street. Since the advent of CGI it’s been a scare fest of returns like Jason, Michael Meyers, Leatherface, Amityville and more. But, this Nightmare is a welcome rehash as it provides more of the story of why Freddy is invading the dreams of teens on the forsaken street.
