Dave Null wants to use his Windows PC make some DVDs that his technologically challenged relatives can watch on their standalone DVD players I’m making DVDs of some family movies on my computer. I would like them to play back on a standalone DVD player for my technologically challenged relations. After making a few, I belatedly discovered that AVI would not play on a DVD player.
