The Sony BDP-S5100 3D Blu-ray Disc Player with Super Wi-Fi offers a wealth of services and very good image quality for the money.
At the 2013 Film Independent Forum in Los Angeles, content guru Ted Sarandos sent a shot across the studio system’s bow. He wants the big guys to consider releasing major films on Netflix at the same time they release the movies in theaters.
Other Blu-ray titles to be released this week include: R.I.P.D, starring Ryan Reynolds; Springsteen & I; Cars 3D, The Ultimate Collector’s Edition; The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen; Deadwood, the complete series for $125; and Glass, The Perfect American, a documentary on composer Philip Glass.
