Karen Butler LOS ANGELES, May 5 (UPI) — Animated fairy tale “Frozen” is the top-selling DVD and Blu-ray in the United States, Rentrak announced Monday, and “The Wolf of Wall Street” is the top rental.
Outerwall Inc, operator of Redbox video rental kiosks, reported better-than-expected results largely due to a strong slate of movie releases on DVDs in the first quarter, and the company raised its full-year earnings forecast.
Son of Batman is the 20th DVD film released in the “DC Animated Universe Original Movies” collection since October of 2007. Debuting on DVD and Blu-Ray this coming Tuesday from Warner Bros.
