Skip It Director: Casey La Scala Starring: Johnny Pacar, Shaun Sipos, Italia Ricci Year: 2014 You know how they say that Seinfeld is a show about nothing? Well, that might have worked for them, but you can't really use that same philosophy to create a successful horror movie.
Recommended When Caveman , a spoof of prehistoric action melodramas, was released in April 1981, audiences were pleasantly surprised. The movie, if memory serves, opened with virtually no advance publicity; it just sort of turned up.

The Movie: Viewed now, it's hard to deny that On Golden Pond , the second biggest box office hit of 1981 (behind Raiders of the Lost Ark ) and winner of three Academy Awards, is more than a little cheesy.
