One of the most sought after collection of short films has arrived from PIXAR and they are now available in a Blu-ray Combo Pack featuring a Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Copy. The set is the companion piece to the 2011 Blu-ray release of the PIXAR Short Film Collection 1.

The picture quality on the Blu-ray disc is superb. Crisp and Clear, the animation in most of the toons shown on a HD television are as brilliant as in the theatre. Even the 2D “hand drawn†titles are colorful and enjoyable to watch.
The sound quality using either the 7.1 or 5.1 master audio encoded on the Blu-ray disc plays extremely well on my HD television sound system. Even the DVD using the Dolby Digital makes a fine audio quality as well depending on your speaker system.
FINAL ANALYSIS:Â A fun and enchanting collection for the whole family. (A)
