Chief Electoral Officer Anil Kumar Jha on Monday said there was no ban on telecasting movies starring actors who are contesting the Assembly elections. “Film is an art form and we cannot impose ban on it. However, if the candidates are promoting their movies as part of their poll campaign, then the same expenditure will be added to their poll account,” he said
