Miami City Ballet brings a “home run” performance (Boston Globe)! Join the ballet next month for Modern Masters, featuring two seminal works by masters of the genre and two commissions from notable choreographers working in the art form today.
Be moved by the various stages of love in Martha Graham’s joyous work Diversion of Angels. Watch breathlessly as lovers’ jealousy turns to revenge in The Moor’s Pavane by Jose Limon, inspired by Shakespeare’s tragedy Othello
Plus, two thrilling world premieres: Petrichor by Pontus Lidberg, a combination of dance, technology and film; and Resplendent Fantasy by Amy Hall Garner, an interplay of ballet and modern dance.
