THE GIRL WHO PLAYED WITH FIRE guest review

In the first film, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, Larsson’s story and characters were artfully condensed down to a manageable size and the director and cast were able to achieve a logical, articulate, and breathtaking chase against time to solve a 40-year-old cold case, while introducing two instant classic screen characters. If you enjoy 19th century romance like Room With a View or Howard’s End and historical period pieces such as The Dutchess you should enjoy Princess Kaiulani.

HERE AND THERE written review

Making a good romantic film is pretty hard these days, especially since most of what I have seen lately just rehashes movies with a similar theme. But, now comes along a very unique film that possesses a strong bond between actors, smart scripting and keen direction providing a wonderful screen experience. If you are a true romantic at heart, don’t miss Here and There starring David Thornton and Mirjana Karanovic.
