Seth Green has top billing in the new animated Disney movie “Mars Needs Moms,” opening this Friday, however, moviegoers won’t actually hear the actor in the film.
Although Seth did the motion capture to create the animated movements of the film’s lead character, 9-year-old Milo, according to the Los Angeles Times’ 24 Frames blog, the filmmakers decided that after listening to Seth’s voice-overs, he sounded too much like an adult, and not like the young boy in the film and stripped his voice from the project. They replaced him with another Seth.
