Sorta sounds like The Company Men meets Eat Pray Love meets “Community” to us. Hanks and Roberts didn’t exactly bust the block with Charlie Wilson’s War, so it’s hard to gauge whether their reunion, which puts a comedic spin on another serious issue, will make for an appealing date movie over the Fourth of July holiday. And the phrase “with a screenplay by Nia Vardalos” doesn’t have as much currency as it used to. In other words: this is a totally risky prospect. However, we love that bosom bud Peter Scolari is in the cast!
