Film of the Warsaw Ghetto has been uncovered in a German mountainous archive that is revealing, unconscionable and despicable. A Film Unfinished shows how controlling governments can manipulate its people in an effort to spread lies. This important film should send a message to every person of any faith, nationality or political belief.
Following the end of WWII all film produced by Germany of the time period was confiscated and stored for posterity. Among the hundreds of reels were 60 minutes of and unfinished propaganda film that insinuated that the Jews living in the Warsaw Ghetto during 1942 were well fed, went about their business unencumbered and looked down upon those that were less fortunate.
Thankfully the film was never entirely edited and distributed as this could have given some credibility to German claims that they were not abusing the Polish Jews.  The lack of editing out frames that showed Germans manipulating the people in the film, repetitious shots of same scenes and the condition of those that were supposed to be less fortunate attest that this film was engineered by the 3rd Reich for no other reason than to cover up the atrocities that were about to befall the citizens of Warsaw.
Most everyone knows what happened to the nearly 500,000 Polish Jews that were stripped from their Warsaw homes and taken to concentration camps for extermination. But, it’s this film that shows how a government can manipulate its people for their merciless rule. The film reconfirms a message that tyranny in government existed and still does today in many countries where the voice of the people has been silenced and people are used as puppets.
The film is unrated and shows atrocities created by the German government including emaciated dead bodies being mass buried, dying people lying in the streets and other disturbing images.
